To anyone who needs to get their wisdom teeth removed I strongly suggest that they go to doctor Katz!He is amazing! I'm 14 years old & i had mine removed by him.At 1st when i heard i needed my wisdom teeth removed I got really scared. I heard many frightening stories of how much pain I would be in after the surgery & how it would take weeks to recover,& how sick i would be. So as u might guess on my surgery day i was scared and nervous as I can be.But Dr.Katz nicely explained to me i would be sleeping through the whole surgery and that I had nothing to worry about.When I woke up my mouth was really numb & I couldn't feel my mouth. It was weird.But my mom was sitting next to me, which was nice and comforting to have her there. The next day, i could say was my worste day, i had alot of discomfort but no pain! I just swelled up like chipmunk =D, that was my biggest discomfort but that went away by the 6th day. I mostly survived on non chewable foods for my first 4 days home and then i started chewing soft foods.But all i can say, don't listen to any of the scary stories you hear, they're not true! Dr. Katz did a great job taking out my wisdom teeth. I'll walk you through what happened...I'm a 15 year old guy.PRE SURGERYMade an appointment after I was recommend to have my wisdom teeth removed by my orthodontist and dentist. I came in and got a few x-rays (totally pain-free and cool), also I got in quickly. Dr. Katz came and reviewed my X rays and told me I needed surgery, I watched a few videos about it. VERY nice TV =DSURGERYCame in and had to wait like 10-20 minutes, then I was injected with something and woke up without my wisdom teeth. I was very very light headed and thirsty. I then was wheelchaired out and went home & slept/watched TV. (was able to eat a frosty)Day two: I played on the computer, watched TV, slept. (ate pudding, smashed potatoes my mom made & soup)Day 3: Computer, less sleeping & was able to start eating - kinda, some smashed potatoes my mom made, soup but also could eat fishDay 4: Went to the movies on a date - I feel fine now. Day 7: Had a follow up check up, only took a couple minutes. I strongly recommend Dr. Katz he did a fantastic job =D!

I was in awe of Dr. Katz's state-of-the-art, immaculate facility. The staff was most attentive, supportive and exceptionally skilled. While waiting for the procedure, Dr. Katz's staff continuously explained what was going to be done in order to put me at ease. I was quite concerned inasmuch as I have certain health issues. However, the extraction itself was painless and the recovery went beautifully with no complications whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Dr. Katz to anyone needing the expertise of an extremely qualified oral surgeon.

I have been fortunate to have had Dr. Katz take care of 2 of my children, all of them for surgical procedures. I cannot say enough about how professional Dr. Katz is as well as his entire staff. From the minute I entered the office with my first child, I was truly impressed with everyone we came in contact with. We had minimal wait time in the waiting room for all of our children's appointments, and Joy was thorough and extremely friendly with the children. She answered all of our questions regarding our insurance and how it pertained to the surgery for each child. The surgical staff was so kind and considerate with each of our children. I clearly remember Anthony and Lisa and how comfortable they made us feel on the day of surgery. The directions that they gave us after the surgery were very clear. And what can I say about Dr. Katz's office manager - Barbara. From our first consult, until the time of discharge, she made us feel so comfortable and was always available to answer all of our questions - no matter what time during the night we called her. And somehow she always makes a point of saying hello to us whenever we have an appointment in the office. She is an incredible asset to Dr. Katz's practice.

I met Dr. Katz for the first time yeaterday and had two teeth removed.....I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when my dentist made one phone call to Dr. Katz' office and was able to to get me an appointment the following morning. I was in great pain and needed a tooth extracted immmediately. I got there at 9:30am (appt. time), was in his office by 9:40am. His office staff are very friendly and were most accomodating.Dr Katz dosen't beat arround the bush. He tells you like it is, and he gets things done promptly. (My kind of doctor).One question I forgot to ask the doctor was what inspired his decor. It's liveley, it's animated; I felt I was in an "under the sea" excursion. I'll tell you one thing, when you have a toothache, his decor keeps you occupied- simply beautiful. As much as I despise going to dentists, let alone an oral surgeon, I was very grateful that my experience was a lot better than I had anticipated. Kudos to Dr. Katz and his staff.

Dr Kataz was reccomended by my regular dentist. He was able to see me the next day and diagnose the problem immediately and operate the following day. The procedure was pain free and I thought it was done in a very professional manner. I thought his staff was exellent and great bed side manners. I wasn't prepared for the bill, but through his office staff, they helped find a financial group that I could pay it out over six months with any interest charges. I now plan to use his group for all my dental needs.

Dr. Katz removed all four of my wisdom teeth which were impacted. Dr. Katz was professional, friendly, intelligent, and very kind.The staff was friendly as well and made me feel comfortable. The procedure went smoothe as can be and my recovery was great too. The night of my surgery a nurse even called as a courtesy to make sure I was feeling okay. After a couple of days I felt as good as new and had no complications. I would definately recommend Dr. Katz to family and friends.

It was a very friendle office. Everyone was sweet and polite and help me every way i needed. Dr. Katz explained everything before the procedure. He explained everything that was going to happen and was with me every step of the way. All of his assistants were the best!! I have no pain and i had this done a week ago. The cost was not expensive for my family and the insurance helped cover. Anyone who needs wisdom teeth removed Dr. Katz is the one you should go to. The first couple of days you may have a little pain, but now it feels better then ever. If you think your going to bleed, you may. But that only happened the first day for me. Swelling occurred, but ice packs were giving and it kept the swelling down. The only scary part of this expierence was looking at the room before. But really no lies, everything went good. Dr. Katz and his staff was amazing. No one was rude or ignored you. They talked to you into you were fully asleep and were there right when you woke up!

Dr. Katz removed 4 wisdom teeth for 2 of our family members -- 17 year old and 29 year old women. Both procedures were very successful, and without any complications despite the fact that the 29 year old had previously developed infections and impacted teeth, that went undiagnosed by her previous doctor. More impressive still was Dr. Katz's and his assistants' follow up following the surgeries. We received sometimes 2 and 3 calls a days from Dr. Katz and his office inquiring on the patients' status and post-treatment recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Katz to everyone. He possesses all of the qualities I look for in a doctor -- highly intelligent, highly proficient and skilled in his area of expertise, and with an excellent bed-side manner.

Dr. Katz and his office staff and nurses were absolutely wonderful! My daughter had 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed. Not only was I coming from out of state, but my daughter is prone to fainting. Dr. Katz listened to our concerns and treated my daughter as if she were the only patient -- and it is a very busy practice. Dottie, the nurse, was absolutely amazing! I wanted to take her home with me. The teeth were removed on Friday. Most of Saturday and Sunday my daughter spent sleeping and she was back to work on Monday. The equipment in the office is state or the art but more importantly -- so is Dr. Katz and hs wonderful staff!!

Dr Katz recommened for 28 crowns for extreme Bruxter of collapsed bite to college Dr. Gallub in Boca Raton which created a tremendous difference in appearance, funtionality and confidence as my career as executive for large billion dollar organization. Dr Katz personally went out of the way to check in on the project step by step even though a colleage was performing the project. The process was painless, no anxiety and Dr Gallub created a hollywood smile that I now receive daily compliments. In addition Dr Katz performs Botox injections in Glabella, forehead and around eyes which is paineless, leaves little if any bruising and tremendous results evidenced by minimally 10 years taken off appearance. . Dr Katz also perfomed restilin injection around eyes to fill regions due to aging process (i am now 44 years of age). Most individuals remark that I am 32- 25 years of age due to Dr Katzs expertise in cosmetic procedures. My son Dereks orthodontist recommended Dr. Katz to us for our children. He was so highly recommended that we actually drove to his Boca Raton, FL office from our home in Atlanta, GA to meet him. From the minute we arrived in his office, we realized that the 10 hour drive had been worth our time, money, and effort. While my wife and I were immediately impressed with his staffs professionalism, timely service, and state of the art equipment, my 8 year old was impressed with the very fun aquarium themed d￩cor throughout the entire office. Derek describes it as an underwater adventure . Even with such a great up front impression, however, it was Dr. Katzs obvious knowledge and experience that had us committed to him. He sat Derek down and took the time to explain the treatment to him in enough detail to make it clear, but not too much to confuse an 8 year old.
