I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years due to a number of bad experiences in the past. Although somewhat embarrassed by the state of my teeth, my view of dentists was all about pain and little about caring. A flyer from Dr. Angela Berkovich sparked my interest, however, so I made a tentative inquiry that has since changed my outlook on dentistry forever.Upon emailing Dr. Berkovichs office, I received an immediate call back from Cathy who was extremely understanding and listened to all my issues and concerns. At my first appointment, I could tell that I was in a caring, professional environment. The office is very modern and there are none of the smells or noises that I remembered from my prior dental experiences.My first appointment consisted of filling out a comprehensive medical and dental history, along with x-rays. The initial cleaning with an extremely personable and knowledgeable dental hygienist (Shauna) was postponed after I explained that my teeth were very, very sensitive due to lack of care.Dr. Berkovich then extensively discussed my treatment options, anticipated outcome, cost and time needed. Together, we developed a plan to achieve long-term comfort, improved dental health and a very happy smile.

I am very impressed with the entire experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Karen is warm and patient as she tends to the necessary data and questionaire at hand. Dr. Angela is an angel; very soft spoken, engaged in the needs of her patients; she is charming and intelligent as well. Chana, the therapist is highly qualified but adds a special type of expertise, rarely found in busy dental offices. She has compassion and empathy. Thank you Chana, for caring! The staff and office / facilities at the office of Dr. Angela Berkovich is simply ...... elegant! The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel like you are "part of the family" Dr. Berkovich accommodated and surpassed all of my needs and expectations. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years! A friend of mine works at the office of Dr. Angela Berkovich and STRONGLY! Recommended that I see her if at the very least for an exam. After much trepidation I agreed. Everyone in the office was SO helpful and nice. Not that I wasn't expecting a "nice" welcome or a sense of professionalism but this went above and beyond "office training"! Everyone was so personable! I got the attention and reassurance I needed especially since the thought of sitting in that "chair" scares the day lights out of me. Dr. Berkovich was Amazing! She was soooooo patient with me, I can be a little neurotic especially at the doctors office. She gave me full x-rays and I was even able to get a cleaning with their Hygienist Chana. It was a great experience I would highly recommend Dr. Berkovich to any and all who have struggled with going to the dentist over the years due to fear and similar emotions. I found that most of my "fears" were unfounded thanks to Dr. Berkovich and her exceptional team!

I was extremely impressed with Dr Berkovich and her staff. The customer service is the best in the business. They always made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The following staff members were especially noteworthy: Christy Ann, Shawna, Lindsey, Isabel, Cathy, and Jessica.Dr Berkovich is an extremely skilled and caring dentist. I have full confidence in her and had none of the usual nervousness that I have felt at other dental offices. She explains everything clearly and treats her patients with the utmost respect. She is current on all recent improvements in dental procedures and inspires confidence. The facility is top notch. The office is very tastefully designed, clean, and modern. They always have apples, cookies, snacks, and drinks available for their patients. The equipment is all state-of-the-art.I would highly recommend this provider.
