I was referred to Dr. Heinsen for a root canal repair. Dr. Heinsen is competent, kind and caring. She has a gentle touch and is a great communicator. She takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable and to explain the procedure. Her staff is equally professional and helpful. The entire process was pain free with the help of local anaesthetic. I would highly recommend her to friends or family.

Excellent staff and doctor! I have had several procedures and all were painless. One time I had tooth pain, we found no cause. Pain went away on it's own. He did not charge me at all! Does not do unnecessary procedures that do not need to be done. He is very gentle, caring and considerate. Would hightly recommend to others!

I am one of those patients that suffered from extreme trauma as a child & in my adult years feared going to the dentist, therefore neglected my dental work.From the very first visit (nearly 3 years ago) Dr. John has always made me feel "safe". His bedisde manner cannot be compared. His deep level of kindness & compassion is beyond measure. His expertise & level of integrity in his work is undeniable. He built crowns, bridges, & overall salvaging of teeth that were in most cases probably would have been lost.The entire staff is always so cordial, friendly & kind. I drive nearly an hour to see him & would not go anywhere else!** Highly Recommended **
