Case Description
Need a dentist that takes discount plans, this way to help curb costs. OK, have had one estimate from a dentist and was going to go back and follow up but she decided to pack up and head to teach at a university....
Need a bridge--- lost tooth #11. As a result, #10 turned out a little. The first denstist said she could still crown it and use #12 to fit the bridge. I cant tell by her estimates if she accounted for #13 which must be extracted. So with #13 being extracted I do believe she was going to use #14 as the other anchoring tooth for the same or seperate bridge.
Also would like to get #19, #31 and #32 resin filled, I cant stand silver anymore! Will also need a bridge because #20 need to come out. broke below the line and the cap is non functional.
Do not want metal, but a make over that will last at least five years. Budget is from $3,500- to $4,000

The best thing for you to do is schedule a complimentary consultation, bring all the xrays that you have from the other office and I can give you an estimate of your work with different options.I do accept most discount plans such as careington, ameriplan, etc.It sounds like you need a bridge from 10-14, four units. You also need an extraction on 13 and a bridge 19-21, 3 units, as well as resins 31 and 32.... and in office whitening too. Staying in your budget to do everything will be difficult but we can come up with different options to try and be as close as possible. For crowns and bridges we can use either zirconia (white metal) or captek (gold) as the framework which are more esthetic than the traditional silver/black metal frame.
