When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

We do not want you to loose a tooth, but if you do we need to have a plan on what to do. It is always worrisome to loose a front tooth, but we can use implants or bridges to replace them.To create a treatment plan we need to see you.It is diffcult for us to give you any prices without seeing to whole problem. Please give me a call to set up an appointment for you to see Dr Forero as soon as possible. Please check our website www.cosmeticimplantdds.com Our telephone is 954 752-4900 Thank youSandra ForeroOffice Manager

Infected gums causing teeth to loosen is generally caused by periodontal disease. Depending on the severity, the tooth may or may not be able to be saved. You should definately seek dental care urgently to see if the tooth can be saved and prevent the spread of the gum infection to surrounding teeth. A periodontist is a specialist that deals specifically with the treatment of gums. The first stage of periodontal treatment is scaling and root planing -- which is a non-surgical deep cleaning. The second stage is gum surgery in which a periodontist makes a small incision in the gums and cleans the teeth roots, then sutures the gums back up. Sometimes bone grafting is incorporated and/or antibiotics. If the gum infection spreads all the way to the root end, sometimes a root canal is needed to clean the inside of the root. If the gum disease has progressed too far, then the tooth may need to be extracted and a dental implant with bone grafting can be placed. Dental implants look and feel like your natural teeth and have a very high success rate. For crowns, I use CAD-CAM technology - Cerec - to make the crowns in one visit -- no need for uncomfortable temporaries. I have more information on this on my website -- www.terrificsmilespb.com. Crowns for uninsured patients are $695 with my Cerec machine not including a post or buildup (if needed).I am a general dentist, but I also have a periodontist in my office... and we do have Saturday appointments.
