Case Description
I had a perio-scale (i think that's what its called) and arrestin treatment and then a follow up cleaning 6 months ago. Several of my teeth were chipped at the gumline after the cleaning ( i didn't notice this until it had a chance to stain. coffee, tea etc) I am hoping these are not a big deal or can be fixed with fillings.
I had a white filling done on bottom left pre molar about 6 months ago (small filling) that has never felt right.
Next to it I have a crown 4 months old that is ill fitting. It was too short and the dentist shortened my other teeth on that side (called it an equlibration) to match it. Now none of my teeth are in contact on this side. Also food packs around it very badly. I do my best to keep it clean but my gum is very irritated around this crown. I have always had an open bite in the front so this leaves me with only a few teeth on the right side in occlusion. Needless to say I am very uncomfortable. No clue where to go from here. I do not wish to return to this dentist. I am looking for a dentist who is comfortable working on somone with a "weird" bite that can re-do this work properly.
