Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

If you are in pain, then you may need a root canal. If the nerve is also dead, you may get an infection and require a root canal. Just call our office to set up an exam.Dr. Ly

Hi, I am in West Palm Beach and would love to assist you. We do root canals and crowns here in the office. After a root canal, a tooth needs a core buildup (internal filling) or post as well as a crown to avoid fracture. For crowns, we do CEREC all porcelain crowns in one visit -- no temporaries, no impressions. This is done using CAD/CAM technology -- take a digital image of the tooth, design the crown on the CEREC computer and mill the crown right here in the office. Traditionally, crowns are made in the dental laboratory and take 2 weeks. With CEREC, you can have a tooth-colored porcelain restoration in only one visit -- usually a 1 1/2 hour appointment. If possible, we can do the root canal and the crown in the same visit -- would be a 2 1/2 hour appointment then. Please feel free to check out my website: www.terrificsmilespb.com. Have a great day :)
