Case Description
My son needs a root canal. We have comp benefits thru healthy kids. His new dentist told me to call an endodontist. (he has been 2 two other dentist in the past year as well as an orthodontis to discuss space maintainer. No one ever mentioned a problem with tooth 14 until this new dentis. Now they want me to call an endodontist and I can't find one who 1. takes 6 year old and 2. takes his insurance. It is tooth #14. I don't have a lot of money. (which is why my son has healthy kids) I don't know what to do or who to call. I am really ready to cry.

Dear Sir or madam,Your son''''s problem is not unusual, You need to contact your assigned dentist Through healthy kids and request a referal to a pedodontist for Root canal treatment tooth #14 AS WELL AS POST AND BUILD UP OF THE SAME TOOTH ( which should be fully cavered I think) AND WAIT AFTER PUBERTY For A CROWN.If I could be of further assistance do not hesitate to contact us.Sincerely,Dr.Jean-Jacques Edderai

I would have him evaluated again for a 2nd opinion by another dentist. If you need a pediatric dentist that takes HealthyKids, you will need to contact Compbenefits. Otherwise, I would recommend Dr. Tomer Haik in Wellington. I''''m not sure if he accepts HealthyKids, but I am certain that he will give you an Honest opinion.Good luck.
